How to Buy?

Thereafter, our Customer Service will issue you an invoice for payment. Once payment is made, goods will be shipped out within 5 working days. Please refer to our customer service section for more information.

PRICE
All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD, S$).

PAYMENT
We accept payment via interbank transfers and personal checks (upon clearance).

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
(1) Free normal postage is included for all deliveries within Singapore.
(2) Goods will be shipped within 5 working days after payment is received.
(3) Customer will be notified once the goods are out in the mail.
(4) Registered mail option is available at an additional fee of S$2.25 for total purchases under S$25. Free registered mail is available for purchases S$25 and above, mailed to a single address. Tracking numbers will be provided once the goods are out in the mail.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
(1) At this moment, we can only accept TT and bank drafts in SGD.
(2) All International orders will be shipped by Singpost registered airmail. A tracking number will be provided. The registered article is trackable up to the point when it is shipped out of Singapore.
(3) For deliveries to Malaysia and Indonesia, additional S$4.00 postage is charged for total purchases under S$35, mailed to a single address. Free postage is applicable for purchases S$35 and above, mailed to a single address.
(4) For deliveries to rest of the world, additional S$5.00 postage is charged for total purchases under S$50, mailed to a single address. Free postage is applicable for purchases S$50 and above, mailed to a single address.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE/REFUND
Goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. However, we provide free repair service within 60 days from date of invoice. Simply contact our Customer Service and quote your invoice number and product code for our repair service.

All our products are packed in clear resealable bags. Free mini drawstring bags are provided for purchases above S$10. Gift box is available at S$2 each.
